GOT SEA MILK?

My kids and I drink it everyday. Here's a simple nutrient packed living food.  Known as Irish Sea Moss which alkalizes the body and in the West Indies it is favored as a healing tonic to keep the male sex organs in good working condition.   It has 92 of the 102 minerals the body needs and as much calcium as milk.  It can be added to drinks, soups, sauces and anything that you want to thicken.  Sea moss is gelatin of the vegetable world.  My easy smoothie is better than milk, it's creamy, filling and great as a breakfast drink, a mid-day snack or a night cap.  Great for kids as a milk replacement.  If you are trying to loss weight, this curbs your hunger because it nourishes the cells.

Boil a pot of sea moss and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator until you are
ready to use.  It will keep for 5 days.

Sea moss cooked and a banana blended makes a creamy drink.

1 cup sea moss

1 med size banana (frozen is good)

vanilla extract to taste

1 tsp honey (optional if prefer sweeter)

Blend the sea moss until creamy, then add other ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
